DARION HING (costume designer)

Darion Hing (costume designer) began his career designing costumes for South African theatre, on productions of “The Wizard of Oz,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and “Secret Diary of Adrian Mole.”

He has since designed costumes for many of the larger international features shot in South Africa, including “Stander,” “From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money,” “From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter,” “Bravo Two Zero,” Jackie Chan’s “Who am I?” TV’s “Black Velvet Band,” “Operation Delta Force,” and “Mission Top Secret.” His work in the film and television industry includes styling on a numerous of commercials for the local and international market.

Hing has a Diploma in Fashion Design and Pattern Cutting from South Africa’s Legatts Academy of Design.
